Matt Butcher

Matt Butcher is a principal engineer at Microsoft, where he leads the open source Kubernetes Helm project. Matt has published 8 technical books, as well as the Illustrated Children's Guide to Kubernetes. He has contributed to hundreds of open source projects. Matt holds a PhD in philosophy, and teaches in the computer science department at Loyola University Chicago. When not sitting in front of a glowing rectangle, Matt enjoys hiking near his Colorado home.
